When my student shows up for clinic after a loss and says “I never lose, I either win or I learn” I know I’m doing my job. This one minute tip may well be the most important tip a competitive athlete may hear. Your loss may sting for a day or two but it’s up to you whether or not you want to improve from it. The better players learn from their losses and try not to make the same mistakes. Take your loss as a learning tool and become the best player you can be!
