Hey everyone!

In recreational doubles play there’s a time to lob and a time NOT to lob. When your opponents are up at net and hit you a short ball mid-court, drawing you forward — DO NOT LOB. The reward is not worth the risk. Hitting a lob from the middle of court only gives you half a court to hit to making this shot very low percentage. If you don’t hit a perfect shot, you risk getting nailed by the opponents at net.

When coming forward, think offensive! Hitting low and up the middle puts you and your partner in the driver’s seat!

And remember… you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
