Hey everyone!
If you teach someone who struggles with the toss on their serve, or you’re a tennis player who is plagued with erratic tosses – here is a super easy tool that will help create muscle memory and precision.
Many recreational players have trouble controlling their toss so using the fence as a training wheel will ultimately make this motion a no brainer. Do this a few times every time you hit the courts, and before you know it, your toss is on target!
Remember… you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
