Tennis Specific Workout: Use It Or Lose It

* Leading by example is a great way to be an effective leader*

Coaches, In an effort to keep our clientele fit and committed to the “process”, we can’t ignore our own health and wellness. Investing in our own future means we have to keep fit and strong. We all know putting in 6-8 hours a day on the court year after year takes a toll.

Many years ago I made a decision to prioritize my own fitness and conditioning in order to be the best I can be for my students and for my longevity as a coach. At 58 I feel stronger than ever and feel confident I can train, coach, and hang with any level! Mentally, instead of slowing down, I’m looking to expand.

Coaches; we have to stay relevant and that takes strength and vitality. We preach it every day! Let’s invest in our own future by taking care of ourselves.
