Having trouble with your toss?
If you don’t have a great toss you don’t have a great serve.
Contacting the ball in front and getting full extension are 2 main components to a great first serve toss.
In this clip I show how you can shadow your serve motion without your racquet and gain control over your toss.

Mimic your serve motion with a shadow drill and catch your toss at full extension. Freeze frame the catch to develop muscle memory.
