Patience Wins the Points in Doubles Tennis

Doubles Enthusiasts;

Don’t be in a rush to win the point.

In doubles, if you peck away at the openings (holes), you will ultimately force an error.

Building a point means patiently creating openings by hitting the appropriate shot from your court position.

In this clip my 3.5 player shows how to systematically take control by:

1) Taking the baseline player wide
2) Transition volley middle
3) Back low to the baseliner
4) Charge the net (ERROR FORCED)

Remember – you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
