Myth vs Truth

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/customer/www/ on line 61

To the coaches, players, tennis enthusiasts…in an effort to teach my USTA  rec teams to play aggressive and not worry “whose ball it is”, I try and create drills that mentally put the partner in the point. If you, as the player, always think you have to hit the next shot, you will become more aggressive and cover the court as a team.

Eliminate these 3 myths in dialogue:

Myth vs Truth:
1) The ball up the middle always goes to forehand
2) The ball is on my side so it’s my ball
3) You cover the net I’ll cover the baseline.

And remember… you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
