How To Break Down And Fix Any Problem With Your Tennis Strokes

Tennis Coaches and Fans,

Tennis players of all levels either have some bad habits or develop bad habits if they don’t stay on top of their game with lessons.

If you’re in the development stage of your game, it’s crucial to hammer out, tweak, adjust any little bad habits before they grow into big bad habits that are really hard to overturn.

If you’re having a problem with a stroke, any stoke, break it down to STRIKE A POSE. If you take a freeze frame shot of your stroke after the hit it will show you the whole story. If you’re not balanced you swung to fast, if you didn’t follow through you can see your racket, if your weight is on your back foot you’ll instantly see and feel it.

In this clip my 8 year old orange baller Hannah, is breaking a bad habit of leaning back on her follow through. We hit, we break it down, we build it back up.

There’s always something to work on but STRIKING A POSE for the camera is a great way to define a problem, adjust the problem and see the instantaneous positive results.

TeamForman Tennis STRIKE A POSE is great for all levels, ages and gender.

Remember – you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
