Be Aggressive With No Bounce Doubles

 

In an effort to play aggressive doubles, rec players need to learn how to move forward toward the ball and not WAIT for the ball to come to them.

I do a series of “No Bounce Doubles Drills” to make my players move forward and create muscle memory. I always make a game out of the drills because no one likes to lose!

And remember… you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
