Since tennis is a sport of lifetime there comes a time when we will all experience our bodies slowing down. This doesn’t mean we give up! On the contrary we can be proactive and work on the things that seem to be slowing us down.
As aging tennis players, the 3 biggest factors that slow us down are:
2. Reaction Time
There are many drills and exercises that we see on tennis sites that can help, but many recreational players get intimidated since we usually see young kids or pros doing the drills. DON’T BE INTIMIDATED! You can modify them to make it work for you! In addition there are many fun innovative activities and drills you can do that will reverse the aging problems.
