“7 Days, 7 Shots”: The Forehand, Part 2

Coaches and Tennis Fans;

Breaking down the strokes into progressive steps can make the everyday player visualize and execute their shots resulting more effective hits and overall more confidence in strokes.

The TeamForman Tennis System is geared towards getting players “playing” as quick as possible. Combining traditional fundamentals with a dash of modern tactics, allowing for the possibilities for more advanced strokes. Of course, there are always exceptions to the rules.

It’s so much fun to see the stroke come to fruition in the everyday player
In this clip Tiffany is showcasing TeamForman’s 4 steps to a great forehand

Step 1 “Racquet Prep”: Pivot: opposite hand out/Shoulder Turn
Step 2 “Drop The Racquet”: Opposite hand out/ Racket Below the Ball
Step 3 “Point of Contact” Step and Strike in Front of Body
Step 4 “Follow Through”: Over and around the Opposite Shoulder

Remember – you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
