4 Step Progression To Better Footwork In Tennis


Empowering the everyday player is a large part of my business. In this clip you’ll see a 75 year old women who recently had a hip replacement tackle footwork as though she was a teenager. I gave her a 4 step progression with the bonus of recovery so she can work on mobility to the best of her ability.

This works for any age or ability. All you need is the desire!

1) Weight Up (Heels up, weight on the balls of your feet)
2) Turn and Prep
3) Run (Don’t shuffle)
4) Hit
