3 Minute Conditioning For Tennis Players

 

Tennis Enthusiasts! Are you one of those players who starts slow in match play? Do you rush to the courts and deny yourself a decent warm up? Are you the player that either hates to train off the court or just can’t find the time? In general, recreational tennis players don’t warm up enough and don’t test their cardio capacity off the court. 3 minutes to a better warm up can not only help you warm up, but in addition it can help you start to anaerobically condition yourself for better tennis. Give it a try!

3 minutes:

1) 30 seconds slow
2) 20 seconds moderate
3) 10 seconds fast

This is great for a quick warm up before your match or practice.
